About Dr. Sasha High

Dr. Sasha High is a board-licensed physician of Internal Medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at the University of Ottawa, followed by a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Toronto. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in Toronto and was Chief Medical Resident for a one-year term at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Dr. High’s clinical interests include health promotion and disease prevention with a focus on nutrition and weight management. She works as an internist in a large hospital in the Greater Toronto Area as well as a community-based weight management clinic.
