Welcome to my new and improved website!! & FREE GIVEAWAY!

Well, I’ve been working hard on putting together this new website and I’m so excited that I finally get to share it with you all!! I hope you find this new website simpler to navigate, easier to search for previous recipes & posts, and … just a whole lot prettier!!! :))) I’ve got new recipes coming soon, as well as many more weight loss, medical & nutrition tips coming up in the next few months so be sure to follow!

To celebrate, and as a big thank you to all of you who’ve been supporting me and choosing to LIVE IN HEALTH with me, I am doing a FREE GIVEAWAY! I will be giving away TWO FREE NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS & PERSONALIZED MEAL PLANS to meet your weight loss and/or healthy living goals (including calculation of your BMR, DCN, macronutrient values, etc, and grocery list for your personalized meal plan.. if you don’t know what all that means, all the more reason to enter this giveaway!!)

HOW DO I QUALIFY?!?

So glad you asked 🙂

You can enter this FREE GIVEAWAY multiple ways:

1) “Like” me on Facebook (Healthy High)

2) “Share” one of my posts on Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ or Twitter and leave a comment below telling me which post you shared and where!
