Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Mugcake [low-carb, high-protein, gluten-free]
    Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tbsp vanilla whey isolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or PB2
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp milk
    Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender.
  2. Pour into mug.
  3. Microwave 1-2 minutes (watch carefully because it may overflow, and don’t overcook or it will be dry!)
  4. Top with optional add-ons like cacao nibs, hemp hearts, 1/2 sliced banana, 100% maple syrup (watch your portion size because of the calories and sugar!)
